Team Profiling

Profiling at an individual or team level allows management to better understand the dynamics within the team as well as being able to prepare the team for future challenges. The knowledge that every member of a team has a uniqueness can work both positively and negatively within a team. A manager that understands the good, the bad and the ugly of a team is better equipped than one who doesn’t.

Our profiling is always done in a manner that ensures the confidentiality is protected as well as the buy in to the process.

Personality Profiles

Latest: with our new technology we are able to now have a TCS completed during the session.

The DISC Personality System is the universal language of behaviour. Research has shown that behavioural characteristics can be grouped together in four major divisions called personality styles. People with similar personality profiles styles tend to exhibit specific behavioural characteristics common to that profile. All people share these four styles in varying degrees of intensity.

The acronym DISC stands for the four personality styles represented by the letters:

D (Drive)
I (Influence)
S (Steadiness)
C (Compliance)

The power of profiling allows team members to avoid presumptions and misunderstanding situations that create unnecessary confrontations. Most managers are aware of what needs to be done, however it is their ability to do it through others that makes them successful. Working with and through others means understanding both yourself and others.
