Program Outline

In the true meaning of Ubuntu, “I am because we are”, the Ubuntu Challenge is a simulating experiential exercise where teams work through a series of tasks that result in ‘income’ for the team/company. It is the ideal challenge to help your team understand the interaction of strategy, tactics, execution, controls and team dynamics.
